F -- PERFORM AN URBAN FORESTRY SURVEY AND PUBLISH A TREE MANAGEMENT PLAN SOL F08637 96 T6812 DUE 080196. Contact Mr. Lavern Miller, Contract Specialist, (904) 283-8629, or Ms. Robin Harasin, Contracting Officer. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and transportation necessary to perform an urban forestry survey and publish a tree management plan as required in AFI 32-7064. The survey will identify species, size, condition, location and value of each tree in the installation's cantonment area. The management plan will identify tree planting maintenance recommendations, and a replacement and removal program based on the survey. The tree inventory will be entered into the base computer aided drafting program (CAD) database. The survey shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date. Contract award is anticipated during the August 1996 timeframe. (176)
