Pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(i) and FAR 6.302-1, the USPFO for Kentucky intends to negotiate a contract with ACR Electronics Inc., 5757 Ravenswood Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 for 144 Field Marker Lights Model L32-RCL with Receivers and 50 Lenses. ACR is the only known designer, developer and sole producer of these lights, and as such, the solicitation will be issued on a sole source basis only to ACR. Delivery of these items is to be made to the Kentucky Air National Guard Base, 1019 Old Grade Lane, Louisville, KY. This is not a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may request a solicitation package. All proposals meeting the solicitation requirements will be considered. RFP will be available approximately fifteen days from the date of appearance in the Commerce Business Daily. No telephone requests for packages will be accepted.
