Successful contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, as required to repair portland cement concrete taxiways and parking aprons for the Tennessee Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tennessee. Work shall include: removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete slabs, cracks and joint sealing, excavation and grading swales, and reconstruction of concrete catch basins. Incidentals to the work will include: replacement and compaction of deteriorated sub-base, establishment of vegetation in disturbed areas, and installation of drainage culvert. Performance time is 270 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 12, 1996. Bid-Opening will be on or about August 13, 1996. A non-refundable cashier's check or money order is required for plans and specifications in the amount of $136.00 made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. The solicitation will be furnished at no cost. Plans and specifications will also be available for review at various plans houses within the state.
