Mallgrave (301) 975-6330 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the provision of space, food, equipment and services for dinner banquet services for the 19th National Systems Security Conference to be held on Wednesday, October 23, 1996. The offeror shall provide a minimum of 200 sleeping rooms at the banquet facility. Additionally, the offeror shall provide the following for approximately 1,050 - 1,350 people: Facilities located in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore, Maryland; A large, carpeted room with upholstered chairs and draped tables with 2 head tables, seating 20 people (10 each), from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; Space to house a reception with a cash bar from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. ; A podium and microphone for the dinner speaker in the banquet hall, and; a banquet dinner (a beef dish) complete with an appetizer, two vegetables, dessert, and beverage.
