The construction time for Phase 1 is 90 calendar days. The Contractor will demobilize and leave the site for approximately 90 calendar days while families are being relocated. PHASE 2 work will consist of demolitition of the existing home sites; transplanting 6 palm trees; placing approximately 6,500 cubic yards of fill material; installing new sanitary, electrical and water systems and providing stub outs for future homes; and, constructing two gravel parking areas, a bulkhead with small pier for boat access, and new wood fencing along canal. The construction time for Phase 2 is 120 calendar days. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 to $500,000. Pre-Solicitation Notice will be issued on or about 19 Jun 96.
