Furnish usage of landfill facility for disposal of construction debris consisting of asphalt, concrete, rebar, gravel, clay, mud and silt from Wright-Patterson AFB. Government personnel will load and transport construction debris to landfill site. Landfill facility must be located within 18 mile radius of WPAFB. The proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business size standard which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $6,000,000. This solicitation will be issued approx 19 JUL 96. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. No tel requests.
