Sedans are required for use of US Federal military personnel conducting routine security patrols, surveillance and other related security functions on board Naval Support Activity Memphis. Vehicles are not required to have security option packages. Vehicles must be delivered 3 days prior to start of lease period which begins 30 August 1996.
