Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to renovate Bachelor Crew Quarters at Cavalier AFS, ND to include complete interior updating of wall finishes and carpeting, replacing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, sinks, dishwashers, and built-in microwaves, bathroom renovation include replacing all fixtures and cabinets in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for EGYN 950011. The performance period shall be 210 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
