Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to replace and upgrade the central monitoring system at Cavalier AFS, ND to include the installation of a Supervisory Control System (SCS) including modification of existing control system to allow computer monitoring and control, provide new sensors for the commercial power sub station, provide new monitoring equipment for the water well/pumping system and provide new cabling, termination and testing for complete operating system in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for EGYN 859001. The performance period shall be 185 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
