This project involves all labor, materials, equipment, travel, and performance of all operations necessary to upgrade raquetball facilities Otis Air National Guard Base, MA. Work includes, but is not limited to, new workout floor, new restrooms with showers, entry vestibule, walls, ceiling finishes, doors and associated frames, new HVAC, fire detection, electrical/communication systems, associated site work (including sewer work, etc.) all necessary structural mechanical, plumbing, electrical work and interior finishes and construction, including wall base, molding, trim, etc. complete and in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, and terms and conditions of the contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. Performance period will be 120 days. The specifications and drawings will be included in the Invitation for Bid F19650-96-B-0009.
