Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to prepare and paint the exteriors of Military Family Housing (MFH) units at Nellis AFB NV as ordered by the Contracting Officer. Some lead-based paint abatement may be required. This is an indefinite-quantity/indefinite-delivery (IDIQ) type contract with a minimum guaranteed amount of $400,000 for the basic year and a maximum annual amount of $1.5 million for the basic and each option year. The basic period will run from 1 Sep 96 for a 365 day period and will have two one-year option periods. This solicitation is 100% restricted to 8(a) firms qualifying in the 1796 Standard Industrial Code (SIC) and registered with a Small Business Administration Region IX, Area 6 Office. Qualifying firms must perform 25% of the work with their own labor. Telephone requests will not be honored.
