The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity instrument for area- wide use by PMRMA and other Chemical and Biological Defense Command (CBDCOM) installations in need of this support. Work may include but is not limited to: preparation of regulatory documentation; closure plan treatability studies and pilot testing; full scale contaminated soil treatment; RCRA equivalent cap design and placement; groundwater treatment planning and design; slurry wall design and placement; excavation, transport, and placement of contaminated soil and debris; plugging of manholes and buried sewer and utility lines; demolition of structures; and soil cover design and placement. Tentative issue date of the solicitation is 5 Aug 96. Tentative closing date 23 Sep 96. Standard Industrial Code is 8744. Only one copy of the solicitation will be issued per firm.
