The contractor shall fabricate, test, deliver, and install one (1) Electron Beam Evaporation System for the Army Research Laboratory at Adelphi, Maryland. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tool, and other items or services necessary to perform the work. The contractor shall provide all manuals, schematics, and instructions necessary for the operation and maintenance of the evaporation system prior to acceptance. The contractor shall also provide a minimum of one year parts and labor warranty that will commence upon the final on-site acceptance of the system. The contractor shall provide a one day training session for Government personnel. The period of performance for this action is 12 months.
