This project consists essentially of, but not limited to, construction of new sidewalks, installation of new metal roofing including gutters, downspouts, and all accessories. Installation of exterior insulation and finish systems, door and window replacement, installation of new hose bibs, receptacles, and light fixtures. Work includes painting of exterior conduit, HVAC piping, mechanical and electrical equipment. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1542. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 365 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
