Description: Replace four existing rooftop air handlers on Bldg 895. In addition, it includes replacing all existing condensate pipe and insulation, installing a new steam pressure reducing station and new DDC control system. Additive Bid Option: Replace all steam lines and insulate both steam and condensate lines with rigid cellur glass. Performace Period: 270 days. The approximate issue/response date will be 10 Jul 96.
