The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-94-G-5213 with Frontier Engineering Incorporated (FEI), P.O. Box 1023, Stillwater, OK 74076. Orders will be issued for the material and services required for repairs, alterations and overhauls of the SB-4229/SP Radar Switchboard and CB-3989/SP Data Converter. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). FEI is currently the only manufacturer (sole producer) with the design and production knowledge to proivde the required effort. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
