Rose on 703/695-2564 The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Roper Starch Worldwide Inc., New York, NY on behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute, Alexandria, Va. for an annual subscription for eight (8) Roper Reports, based on results from Roper Reports surveys. The subscription includes reports and analytical services concerning opinions held by the public about military-related issues. Information presented in the Roper Reports is collected by personal interviews conducted for periodic surveys of nationally representative samples. The subscription will provide the Army with comprehensive, current information on public opinions about issues of concern to the Army. Note 22. (0172)
