Services required will include providing ''hotline'' phone and fax support, software maintenance, development of new component/functional modules, motif interface design, technical specification updates, participation in configuration control board and engineering discipline committees, demonstrations of the software uses at symposiums and seminars, conducting training for users of the software packages, and preparation of Operational Concept Descriptions.
