Work includes concrete pad, a perimeter fence with controlled access, lighting, security monitoring, a crushed rock access road to the site and a reinforced concrete box culvert. The steel building will be purchased separately by the Nebraska Air National Guard. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using sealed bid procedures. Although not guaranteed, construction is estimated to start about October 1996, and be complete within 60 calendar days from issuance of Notice To Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000, and bid information will be available no sooner than 15 days after publication of this notice. There will be a cost for the documents of $35.00 per set.
