Indefinite Delivery Contract for Limited Services for Geotechnical Services for work within the boundaries of the Huntington District Corps of Engineers. Criteria which will be used to evaluate technical proposals are listed in descending order of importance: (1) Technical Knowledge and Experience; (2) Ability of the Offeror to provide the required physical plant and supplies; (3) Supervision and Administration; (4) Safety; (5) Quality Control; (6) Location of the firm in the general geographic area. Contract will be awarded for two years for a total amount Not to Exceed $3,500,000.00. Contractor will be required to provide one drilling rig to the work site within 24 hours of notifivation; 2 rigs within 72 hours of notification; and 6 rigs within a week of notification. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
