descripti defense Supply Center Columbus has a requirement for
astate-of-the-ART 120 MHZ digital integrated circuit automatic test
system, easily programmed with accurate DC and AC test capabilities for
testing a wide variety of microcircuits. Point and Click user
interface, multi-level programming capabilities are required along with
comprehensive engineering/debug tools. The system shall be required to
operate in both an engineering and production test environment, and
work with a device Handler or a temperature forcing unit. System shall
have been widely available on the open Market for at least one (1)
year. Must be commercially available off-the-shelf item. NO one of a
kind design and construction of hardware and software shall be
accepted. All tester pins shall be of the I/O type with tester per pin
architecture and all tester resources available to each test pin. All
tester instruments, including powersupplies, shall be internal to the
tester. The internal architecture shall be modular. Upgrades shall not
affect or require rework or modification of existing hardware or test
programs by the user. The system shall be expandable to 256 pins.
Tester dut boards shall provide 50 Ohm impedance environment. The
tester shall support off-line workstations for testdevelopment. All
workstations shall be connected Ina local area network. The tester
shall have independently programmable low and high drive levels per
pin, dual threshold comparators, active loads, internal Precision
measurement unit,pmu available at each pin, all timing resources on a
per pin basis, real time interactive test debug tools, and create
adialog of all DC or AC tests. Contractor to provide installation and
