Work includes concrete pad, a perimeter fence with controlled access, lighting, security monitoring, a crushed rock access road to the site and a reinforced concrete box culvert. The steel building will be purchased separately by the Nebraska Air National Guard. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded using sealed bid procedures. Although not guaranteed, construction is estimated to start about October 1996, and be completed within 60 calendar days from issuance of Notice To Proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid information should be available in June, 1996. This procurement will be ``unrestricted''. (163)
