Repair the pile dikes along the Columbia River, Oregon - Washington. Contractor required to commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed; to prosecute the work diligently; and to complete the entire Columbia River work not later than 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion includes final cleanup of the premises. Estimated amount between $500,000 and $1,000,000. RFP available approximately July 18, 1996 at a cost of $22.00 per set. Tentative proposal due date is July 31, 1996. NOTE: Due to possible funding constraints, this procurement may be canceled. Money submitted for plans and specifications is non-refundable. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceeding three years not in excess of $17 million.
