The Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 2542. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type of contract is proposed on a sealed bid basis. The solicitation is restricted to small business concerns. Size standard for small business concerns is 500 employees. The period of performance is from August 15, 1996, or date of award if later, to October 15, 1997 (14 months). An option period is available, as a unilateral right of the Government, from the period October 16, 1997 through October 15, 1998 (12 months).
