This project consists essentially of, but not limited to, the construction of approximately 5400 additional square feet of building, and complete renovation to the existing portion including new wall partitions, ceilings, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials, and all other work necessary to complete the project. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsive sources will be considered. The contract performance period is 480 calendar days.
