Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct laundry rooms, storage rooms, and expand kitchens. Laundry room construction consists of the following: walls, flooring, cabinetry, electrical work and plumbing. Storage construction consists of the following walls, flooring, and electrical work. Kitchen expansion consist of the following: walls, stern wall, flooring, cabinetry and electrical work. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Requests for this solicitation will only be accepted if submitted in writing or by FAX. Our fax number is (916) 634-3311. Requests must be on 8 1/2 x 11 paper and include the solicitation number, complete company name, address, telephone number and fax number. This procurement will be issued unrestricted with SDB preference. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 28 June 96.
