This solicitation is hereby modified in order to restrict the competition to eligible 8(a) contractors within the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Baltimore District. Offers from all other 8(a) contractors outside the SBA's Baltimore District will not be considered for award. The U.S. Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground (USAGAPG) has a requirement for an indefinite quantity type contract for a one (1) year base period along with four (4) option years for non-personal, one-time, unscheduled, general construction services in support of the Directorate of Public Works in the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The Standard Industrial Classification for this action is 1542. The prospective 8(a) contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the task order construction services described in the Description/Specification/Statement of Work, Section C of the RFP. USAGAPG will not provide any Government Furnished Property. The Government anticipates a multiple award contract to two (2) or more sources as a result of the RFP. However, the Government reserves the right to award only one contract. The magnitude of construction is between $1.0M and $5.0M per year for the base and option year periods.
