One uniformed guard for each nest of two vessels (total two). Work hours 0000-0700 hours and 1600-2400 hours Monday-Friday; 0000-2400 hours on Saturday, Sunday and ten holidays per year; or for about 6486 hours per nest of two vessels per year. Guards must speak and write English, be capable of climbing numerous stairs, hold a valid drivers license, be a high school graduate or equivalent, and have no criminal record. Any interested firm may request a copy of the solicitation and all responsible offerors may submit bids which shall be considered by the Agency. A charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00) is required for the solicitation, specification and attachments.
