The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for support services for Demonstration Project No. 84, ''Corrosion Detection in Concrete Structures'' and Demonstration Project No. 75, ''Field Management of Concrete Mixes.'' The objective of this requirement shall be to obtain engineering services to conduct the referenced demonstration projects in the form of workshops and laboratory experiments. The support personnel shall be required to speak, teach, and participate in the demonstration activities, including performing all laboratory testing and result documentation, while conducting workshop exercises. This requirement is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside procurement action utilizing SIC code 8731. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FHWA.
