The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Defense Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) has a draft of the revised DISA Electronic Commerce (EC) Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Valued Added Network (VAN) License Agreement. The draft VLA, Request for Proposal Number is DCA200-96-R-0124. A draft copy of the License Agreement will be provided to all interested parties.
