The Federal Computer Acquisition Center (FEDCAC) plans to acquire Telecommunications Integrator Services (TELIS) to provide a wide variety of functions. TELIS will be a performance based contract available to more than 50 sites nationwide. The estimated contract award value potential is $600M which incudes 20% open to other government agencies. A Draft Request for Proposal is expected to be released on or about June 28, 1996. Qualified firms are required to submit a written request to the Contracting Officer. Sources responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged or women owned business. The Government will not distribute printed copies of the Draft RFP. It is available to industry through the Hanscom Electronic RFP Bulletin Board (HERBB). The HERBB can be accessed through a computer modem, 24 hours per day, by calling 617/377/1487.
