The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA. intends to procure fifteen (15) Transponder/Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) DPN-88 Test Sets using full and open competitive procedures. The test sets shall be portable and provide a Go/ No-Go indication of a transponder/ IFF condition when installed in a target vehicle during target build up. The test set will also be capable of providing verification of remote code selection of the transponder. RFP will contain specifications and data requirements. Total quantity of test sets shall be Fifteen (15), with an initial order of one (1) First Article Unit and fourteen (14) production units. Delivery requirements are First Article Unit due 150 days after contract award, the fourteen production units 3 per month starting 120 days after First Article Approval. Total estimated period of performance is two years commencing from date of award. Delivery shall be made FOB destination to Naval Air Weapons Station, Point Mugu, California 93042.
