CORRECTION: Reference CBD Announcement, page 20 of Issue No. PSA-1611, dated Friday, June 7, 1996. The item description is corrected to read as follows (all other previous information remains the same): Patrick AFB has a requirement for two commercial digital radar scan converter systems for use with a Furuno Model 2120, accept Furuno Radar video, trigger, ACP, and NRP signals. Transmitter unit shall put out in real time a RS 170 signal for display on a Government furnished black & white video monitor. Receiver unit shall display processed video data on a Government furnished RS 170 color monitor. Scan converter system will include options of: 1) auto target acquisition; 2) constant false alarm rate (CFAR); 3) color video output receive unit only; 4) Irig B connection; 5) remote control panel; and 6) track ball. System will consist of a transmitter unit located at present radar site and receiver unit located approximately 20 miles away. Communication between transmitter and receiver unit will be via RS 232 9600 baud synchronous modems. Government will supply modems. Descriptive literature will be required for proposal evaluation.
