The work of this contract consists of preserving/restoring two buildings both the exterior and the interior including restoration of the south and east porches. Major structural stabilization, life safety improvements such as fire detection and fire suppression systems will be installed. An intrusion detection system and new mechanical system for heating and cooling will be part of the work. All exterior surfaces and interior spaces are included. The work also includes site improvement and new utility connections. Estimated price range, $1,000,000 to $2,500,000. Time for completion, 548 calendar days.
