Work includes demolition, underground fuel tank removal, carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment work, electrical work, asbestos removal, disposal cleanup and all necessary services to complete the project. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Issue date is on or about August 5, 1996. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation/drawing charge is $56.00 per set. Additional drawings may be ordered at $32.00 each. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, HONOLULU, OPLOC.
