SOLICITATION: The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation, labor and the completion of all work to repair, repoint and reseal masonry on approx. 14 buildings. Project consists of repairing approx. 200 SF of brick masonry, repointing an estimated 6720 SF and the cleaning and resealing of approximately 54,000 SF. All work to be performed at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA in accordance with the plans and specifications. Performance period is for one-hundred-twenty (120) days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Interested parties, qualified to perform work under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1741 (Masonry, Stonesetting and other Stonework) should notify this office, in writing or by FAX to (508) 233-5736, of their interest to bid the project as the prime contractor referencing IFB Number DAHA19-96-B-0007.
