SOLICITATION: The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation and labor for the upgrading of the existing system. Project consists of placing approx. 1850 LF of reinforced concrete pipe underground and includes manholes, headwalls and site restoration. One (1) additive bid includes an additional 1950 LF of concrete pipe including manholes, headwalls and restoration as above. All work to be performed at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Westfield, MA in accordance with the plans and specifications. Performance period is for one-hundred-twenty (120) days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Interested parties, qualified to perform work under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 1623 (Water, Sewer, Pipeline etc) should notify this office, in writing or by FAX at (508) 233-5736, of their interest to bid the project as the prime contractor referencing IFB Number DAHA19-96-B-0005.
