Work includes the installation of new fire rated wall partitions and doors. Also, other work requires modifications to existing fire rated wall assemblies, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. New finishes shall be applied to new and altered assemblies. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pursuant to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted in writing, state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier. Telephone and Telefax requests for copies of the solicitation or bidders' lists will not be accepted. Requests should be received as soon as possible in order to facilitate mailing of same, to the extent copies are available, directly to the inquirer at time of issuance. Availability of the solicitation is limited and will be furnished on a first received first served basis.
