Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to install new Air Conditioning System which includes 3 indoor air handling units, 3 outdoor condensing units, ductwork, relocation of existing ductless mini-split system a/c units, electrical work and control wiring for the Second floor of the Admin/Shop Building (Group Bldg) at USCG Base Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Performance period is 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This acquisition will have a 90 day bid acceptance period because funds are not presently available for the award of this acquisition. Est. range is $100K to $250K. Issuance of the solicitation package is anticipated on or about 1 July 1996. Bid opening date is anticipated on or about 10 September 1996. The bid opening date will be adjusted accordingly depending on issuance of the solicitation. Please do not call to verify the bid opening date.
