Single award term contract for the period 1 year (base year period of August 1, 1996 thru July 31, 1997) and 1 option year period (August 1, 1997 thru July 31, 1998). These specifications cover the production of pressure sensitive labels requiring such operations as printing, numbering, padding, die-cutting, trimming, packing, and delivery. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 180 square inches. Approximately 141 orders. Category I: Offset Printing - Paper labels mounted on a suitable backing sheet. (Approximately 28 total orders). Category II: Screen Process Printing - Vinyl/Latex labels mounted on a suitable backing sheet. (Approximately 113 total orders). Bidder may bid in one category and no-bid the other category. Minimum of 100 to approximately 40,000 copies. Government to furnish: Films. Samples for pantone ink color match and/or match pantone number as indicated on the individual print order. Material to be mailed/delivered f.o.b. contractor's plant. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Oak Ridge, TN; Paducah, KY; or Piketon, OH. Production time: 9 to 28 workdays.
