The Cherokee Nation, a Tribal government located in Northeastern Oklahoma, is seeking proposals from firms to provide analysis and recommendations on the structure and services performed by the Cherokee Nation Acquisition Management Department and to produce a policies and procedure manual. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of technical factors, cost and Indian preference. Proposals will be received until 5:00 p.m. Central Time, July 12, 1996 and should be addressed to Rebecca Mitchell, C.P.M., Director of Acquisition Management, P.O. Box 948, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, 74465 or may be hand delivered to Rebecca Mitchell, C.P.M., at the Cherokee Nation Purchasing Building, 3 miles south of Tahlequah, Oklahoma on Highway 62. Any proposal received after that time will not be considered. The Cherokee Nation reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all proposals. Indian preference will be given to any firm certified by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Indian Health Service, or the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO).
