Discussions will be limited to hospitals and/or clinics that conduct primary and preventative health care in the following New York counties located within the Stratton VA Medical Center Primary Service Area: Delaware, Otsego, Clinton, Essex, Franklin. Solicitation packages will be available o/a 6/28/96.
