Bid opening on July 9, 1996 at 2:00 P.M. local time. The estimate price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concern. This procurement is subject to Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) and 41 CFR 14-1.354, which requires that perference opportunities in employment and training to be given to Indian/Alaska Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises. Failure by the Contractor to submit a plan for doing so prior to award and implement the same after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award or termination of the contract for default.
