The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-96-G-6341 with Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, 1847 West Main Street, Portsmouth, RI 02871. Orders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Engineering Services and Support, Installation and Checkout (INCO) Spares and Repair Parts, Labor, Material and Data necessary to assemble and test the AN/SQQ-32 Minehunting Sonar System. It is the only known company which currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge of the equipment requirement to satisfactorily perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
