89 -- SUBSISTENCE PRIME VENDOR PROGRAM Sol. DAHA06-96-R-0001. POC: Contracting Officer, Michael S. Mastalski, (860) 524-4872. The Army National Guard in Connecticut requires a subsistence prime vendor program for the supply and distribution of food items directly to end users. This procurement will be conducted using best value source selection procedures. This Agency anticipates a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract. Pricing on all contract items would be adjusted weekly, based on the distributors current product cost plus a fixed distribution fee. A pre-solicitation conference may be scheduled at a later date. The subsistence required is from all major categories excluding operational rations. Acquisition will be for a one year period plus three one year option periods. All reasonable sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. Request for Proposal will be available from Lt.
