Ryan,206/931-7699 The General Services Administration, Northwest/Artic Region, is soliciting offers for the acquisition of material and technical services of a highly qualified base isolator supplier whose product may be purchased at the option of the Government for a seismic retrofit at the U.S. Pioneer Court- house, Portland, Oregon. The number of isolator units which may be purchased is expected to be between 75 to 100 units. Selection of the successful offeror shall be based on a two step process, the first step of the selection will be based on technical proposals only. The second step will be based on sealed bids.
