Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, removal of elevators and controls, and other work as described in the drawings and specifications. The construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All bidding materials must be requested in writing to the address above and must be accompanied by a non-refundable $50.00 deposit for each set of specifications requested. All deposits must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or money order, and must be made payable to VA Medical Center. Availability of bid packages is limited and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Award of this solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. (0159)
