The Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract to Construct a containment dike for a future dredging project to be used as a disposal area for dredged materials. The work includes excavation, earthmoving, construction of erosion and sedimentation control features such as silt fence, rock and grass lined drainage channels and culvert; clearing, grubbing; stripping and stockpiling topsoil; and seeding and mulching.
