Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to install replacement steam heating coils for roof top air handling units AH III and AH IV, located on roof of Sandblast/Paint Shop Building. Work includes: disconnect steam lines and control valves; remove existing face and bypass dampers; replace discharge fan flex connectors; provide new steam distribution header, four new pneumatic control valves, four new float and thermostatic steam traps; and, modify control sequence to incorporate freeze protection. Work to be performed at U.S. Coast Guard Support Center Portsmouth, VA. This procurement is estimated between $100K and $250K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC code is 1711.
