The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) requires the services of a qualified contractor to analyze the agency's primary job function and to develop processes and instruments for evaluating outside candidates for employment into this function. The OCC's mission is to ensure the safety and soundness of the national banking system and the predominant job position is bank examiner. A fixed-price contract is contemplated.
